(250806) -- DENPASAR, Aug. 6, 2025 (Xinhua) -- This photo provided by Indonesia's National Search And Rescue (BASARNAS) shows rescuers attempt to recover a fast boat after it capsized in Bali, Indonesia, on Aug. 6, 2025. Indonesian Minister of Transportation Dudy Purwagandhi on Wednesday apologized on behalf of the government over the capsizing of a boat near the entrance of Sanur Harbor, Bali, and called for prompt measures to address the accident.
Two passengers, who were Chinese nationals, were confirmed dead, and one crew member was missing as a result of the accident. A total of 73 passengers and four crew members were rescued and taken for treatment.
As of Wednesday, the body of the missing crew has been found, bringing the death toll to three. (BASARNAS/Handout via Xinhua)
