BEIJING, Nov. 25 (Xinhua) -- China on Wednesday condemned the missile attack on an oil facility in the Saudi Arabian city of Jeddah, launched by Yemen's Houthi militia on Tuesday, said a Foreign Ministry spokesperson.
Spokesperson Zhao Lijian made the remarks at a daily press briefing in response to a relevant question.
China always opposes attacks on civilians and civilian facilities, he said, calling on relevant parties to avoid actions that could escalate regional tensions. ■
