Gay activist to sue Chinese newspaper

01.27.2011 3:00pm EST (China) Gay rights leader Xiao Dong said he would sue a Beijing newspaper for its ';unauthorized'; reporting of the wedding of a male couple if the newspaper does not remove photos from their website.
